Getting your customers ready for your 1st SLabstat card break

 

The most important thing for new Card Breakers on SLabstat is to EDUCATE YOUR CUSTOMERS. SLabstat is new technology and most of your customers are used to commenting in a Facebook, Instagram or Twitter thread. Here are a few tips and tricks to get the most out of SLabstat

  • Use SLabstat for 1 break. Don’t change your entire business model just yet.

  • Create a test break (it’s free) and share it with your friends and family. Have them make claims and notice the email alerts you receive. Get used to SLabstat’s software and contact us if you have any questions.

  • Put up a post on your Facebook, Instagram or Twitter informing your customers that you’re introducing SLabstat for an upcoming break. If they see this post before you list your first break, there’s an easier acceptance to this transition.
